Hi there! I have some content that I need to publish on Employee Center so that it is just visible to managers, and I wanted to see if anyone else has solved this problem, because it seems like there should be a simple way to do it.
We already have a User Criteria record that we use to show and hide catalog items based on whether or not someone is a manager, but it uses a script, and advanced user criteria is not available when building an Audience.
The only way I've figured out how to meet the requirement involves building a group called Managers, and then every time someone's manager changes, have a business rule that adds and removes people from the Managers group. Then I use the Managers group to build the audience.
Does anyone have a simpler way of building a Managers audience? Or ideas for how this could be done in a simpler way?
