Can any help to resolve the LDAP issue - LDAP error code 10301LDAP_ERROR_SOCKET_TIMEOUT?

Hi All,
When I tried to connect LDAP server its show error .
Error came - "ldaps://999.90.947.24:342 Connection timed out, failed to connect to server
Verify server address and port are correct and accessible"
When checked in log its shows below error code-
LDAP error code 10301LDAP_ERROR_SOCKET_TIMEOUT?
There is strange I allowed IP in firewall for ldap access and same accessible in Prod but earlier accessible in Test also.
Its all are strange .Can any one help me out ?

HI ,
I resolved the issue and for above error code means.There is issue on your network access .
Means there is firewall issue ,You need to check with network team and provide you source IP .
You can find source IP ,login on HI and go to my ip information over there you get all details .
