Can I put a default group by in a related list?

I would like to add in the related list a default group by.
Is this possible?

Related list only visible if you have any reference fields on that other table.

For Example:

In Incident we can see Incident Task Related list, because Incident task table have a on reference field call parent which is pointing to incident table.

As far as I have seen, its not possible to have group by functionality at related list.
