Have had this happen a few times. Go to login after just recently logging out and get the login page right After I click login. As if it never is able to go forward. Deleted cookies, etc. Tried Incognito. Also tried Edge.. you know it's desperate but anyway, any ideas as to why the developer.servicenow.com site is sometimes in an endless login loop?

This is a known issue and ServiceNow is fixing this, it had started when ServiceNow has shifted the PDI database to another database.

Hello Sandeep,
I am trying to log in to the PDI as a user, not admin, but it is not letting me and getting this error:
"User name or password invalid. To reset your admin password click here. Please note this is different than the credentials used to sign in to the Developer Site."
By the way, I created the user as part of the final project for NextGen. I followed each step, logged in as Admin, elevated role, created a group, and roles (admin, security_admin) and added my name - as a user - clicked the check box: "Password needs reset" (copied the password generated by system) but nothing seems to work.

What happens to instances that get reclaimed because of this? I’ve not been able to login to developer.servicenow.com for almost 5 days now. It just returns me to the login page after signing in and doing the okta

Look like cache issue, try login in other laptop or even mobile.
