Can't login to developer site

Have had this happen a few times. Go to login after just recently logging out and get the login page right After I click login. As if it never is able to go forward. Deleted cookies, etc. Tried Incognito. Also tried Edge.. you know it's desperate but anyway, any ideas as to why the developer.servicenow.com site is sometimes in an endless login loop?

Hi @mrmleczko ,

This is a known issue and ServiceNow is fixing this, it had started when ServiceNow has shifted the PDI database to another database.

Hello.

I've tried clearing cache, changing browsers, trying different computers - none of that worked. It always kept redirecting me back to the login page. However by God's grace I have figured out that if I went instead to https://signon.service-now.com/sso and signed in there and then clicked on the developer portal it allowed me to sign in. Now my instance is safe from being reclaimed and I've taken a backup of all my data, phew!

I suggest anyone struggling with this issue to try the SSO and then access the developer portal. Hope you all manage to save your instances/data.

Thanks for update and sharing your experience, if all good please accept the answer and close the thread.
