Hi,
i have created catalog items and they are visible in customer self service portal in 'customer service' catalog, but not in the back end side if i select customer service/service catalogs/customer service.
so customers can order items normally from the portal, but if for example i want to 'create request' from incident, the ui action directs me to the service catalogs -page but there are no items visible/available.
how can i get the items visible for that side also?

Are these the same categories/catalogs? And if so: did you check on the available for/not available for?

Found what i was looking for from the add section button '+'
