Change form fields not visible on service portal custom tab

Hello Everyone,

I have created a custom tab in Standard ticket conversation which is named as Change details

I want to added few fields which should be visible on portal for which I have created a specific view

but thoes fields are not visible on portal

My view looks like below

But the customer ticket number, Customer requested date and effort estimation are not visible

what can I do to achiev this

even for admin it's not visible then it's something to do with that view.

When you visit your CHG table and that view in native, is admin able to see that field?

Hi @Arundhati 

 

You are reviewing the form layout. To make those fields appear on the portal, you need to add them to the standard ticket configuration.

you can add your custom fields on the standard ticket configuration for your table

are you saying you created a new tab, specified the view and that view has those fields but they are not seen?

if yes then is admin able to see?

If non admin is not able to see any ACL is blocking, any client script or UI policy running on that view is blocking?

Share your configuration for that custom tab?

Hello Ankur, 

Yes I have created new tab , specified view and the view has thoes fields but are not visible

The fields are visible for everyone there are no ACL

even admin can't see those fields on the ticket page?

those fields are from CHG table or they are dot walked fields?
if they are dot walked fields then the field from where you have dot walked, user should have read access to that table
