Change is cancelled but still Group approval showing as requested

Hi All,

Change is cancelled but group approval is still showing as requested. please let me know why this is happening. what are possible ways to check to rectify this issue.

Please find the attached document for your references. In the attached document record is from this group list (sysapproval_group).

As per Zach Koch , Check this BR script and check that it is not update that is approval is not updated to "Requested" there..

Is there any logic exist to change the approval from requested to another value when change state changes to cancelled? If not then you need to add it if required.

You can add it from your existing flow or from on change client script (onchange field= state) and setvalue of approval to required value or use After update BR on change table when state changes to close cacelled and set value of approval field.

Normally there is an OOTB Business Rule that takes care of that named Moot Approvals Upon Cancellation. Make sure that this is still active and has not been updated.
