Checkbox for Items in Order Guide

Hi All,

I have created order guide for 3 items.All 3 three item's form available in the order guide but I need to provide 3 check box to each items in the order guide.respectove Form needs to opened once user checks the check box.User should able to submit any 1 or 2 or all 3 items.please provide scripts for create check box for each applications.

You can add check boxes to the order guide form. I dont see any difficulty adding check boxes to order guide.

Then set the rule base condition to display the corresponding catalog item.
