Choice field displaying the value after updating the form.

Use Case:

Choice Field:

Label: Test

Value: The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog near the river bank.

When I chose Test from the Choice and Update the form, it is showing in the choice field:

so, you are describing the As-Is-State. But what is your question/issue?

When I chose "Test" value in the Choice Field, it should show the Label after updating and form loads which is "Test" but in my case it is showing the value which is "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog near the river bank."

I want it to display the label instead of the value after updating/saving.
