This is expected behavior. Once the risk has been accepted, the PRB will move to the closed state, so the date will remain the same.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @suhashini more,
As @Dr Atul G- LNG has pointed out. For 'Risk Accepted' problems, once accepted, the Problem is both Resolved and Closed at the same time - therefore the date and timestamp are the same for both. This is by design and Out Of Box behaviour.
Please note, this does differ for when a Problem follows the different path or 'Fix' rather than 'Risk Accepted'. For a 'Fix' Problem, once fixed, the Problem is Resolved, and then a further 'Complete' action is required. For these cases the Resolved date and Closed date/timestamp will be different. Again - by design.
If you want to override or view this behaviour, it's controlled in the Business Rule: 'Update fields when Problem is Resolved'.
To help others (and for me to gain recognition for my efforts), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie
