Configure Activity Log

A a service desk , i want to log history of change in fields in incident form's activity log so that i can checked activity logs when these fields are changed. How can i achieve this in servicenow?

Hi @harver31 ,

In incident for open any record and click on filter and configure field and add which you want to see in history of field in activity by clicking on configure available fields

Add fields from left to right and save to show in activity
