Connect Chat on Service Portal

Hi All.
Current I am developing the Service Portal in my instance and I wish to have Connect Chat available on the Service Portal via a widget for users so they can chat to any other user across the instance.
There only seems to be Connect Support which is User to Support Agents.
Any ideas how this can be achieved?

Thank you for the reply. I have followed the link and followed the step and this seem to be for the connect support. Which you can only chat to Support Agents via the queue.

Hi Brian.
I didnt, its something which we are no longer looking into now. A decision has been made for our ess users to use the community Forum on the Service Portal.
