Contract Management Email notification

I am configuring the Contract Management application.

Looking to find out where the 90 day/60 day/30 day Email notifications are triggered but can only find 'Contract Approval Request' & 'Contract threshold breached' in Email notifications when I search on 'Contract'.

Is there another place where I can find these? or is its a case of DIY?

Hi I want to know from where the contract.expiration event is triggered.

Hi @Subhendu1 

For the notification email, go to System Notification > Email > Notifications [sysevent_email_action] then filter Event name is contract.expiration.

You should see 2 notifications as below.

• Contract Threshold breached
• Lease contract threshold breached

For Conditions, go to Condition table [clm_condition_checker] then filter Event name is contract.expiration.

You should see 4 conditions as below.

• Expired
• Within 30 days
• Within 60 days
• Within 90 days
