Certainly! Here are answers to your queries regarding ServiceNow:
1. **How to Get the Current Instance AI Search Version:**
Unfortunately, as per the ServiceNow documentation you provided, the AI search version is not available in the plugins section. However, you can try the following steps to find the AI search version:
- Go to the "System Diagnostics" module in your ServiceNow instance.
- Look for any information related to AI search version or modules.
- If there's no explicit mention, you may need to contact ServiceNow support or your instance administrator for assistance in determining the AI search version.
2. **AI Search Indexed Sources Table and Manual Indexing:**
- When performing guided setup for AI search, you're prompted to select tables to be indexed. Once you've selected and indexed these tables, ServiceNow generally handles subsequent indexing automatically.
- ServiceNow has scheduled jobs that periodically index the data from the indexed tables to keep the search index up-to-date.
- You typically don't need to manually index these tables in the future unless you encounter specific issues with search results or data indexing. If you do experience problems, you can trigger manual indexing or investigate potential indexing issues through the "Index Sources" module in the ServiceNow interface.
These answers should help clarify your questions regarding AI search version retrieval and indexing in ServiceNow. If you require further assistance or clarification, don't hesitate to ask!

Do you know if there is a module that shows all of the AI Search Scheduled Jobs? I am just setting up AI Search for the first time and want to see how the Indexed Sources are re-indexed. Looking to get a peak behind the curtain.
Thank you!
