As the statement said,

1st create a data policy

2. Create Load data

3. bring data in staging / import set table

4. build transform map

5. Run the map and see what happened.

Give a try mate, you can do easily.

You can try in PDI. There is many data policies which provided OOTb and you can have a look and create your own.
