Hi,
I have a requirement wherein I need to create a new record if approval is re-submitted for KB article after rejection. Currently, For approval record, the OOTB behavior is that it uses the existing record for approval and updates only the state and carry the rejection comments as well to the new requested approval.
How can it be achieved ?

Hi @savvyjain
It is not a good use case, because the KB is getting rejected not cancelled.
Rejection means few change required doesn't mean the the purpose is no more valid.

Hey Atul,
I need to use new workflow context for resubmitted approvals. Currently, it is reusing the approval records for mew workflow context. And because it is reusing, every history is there on the record. I want new approval records to be created

Sorry mate, no much idea but my thoughts say, it is something by design on rejection case.
