Hey guys,
I found a strange issue in my Service Portal. When accessing a catalog item from the SP, I set a date/time field with a random date and time. When I submit it, the date is kept the same, but the time is always set as 12:00:00 AM.
Example:
Setting the date:
Date as appeared in the variables section of my RITM:
When I create a request from the normal UI, this doesn't happen. In that case, the date and time are the same I set in the form. I tried to google this issue, but I didn't find anything like it. The instance is in Helsinski, patch 3.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
Regards

Hi Gary, SN support end up finding that someone had previosuly modified the Date/Time dictionary type, and by reverting the change, the issue was fixed. This is what solved our issue.

Thanks Matt.
The version is helsinki Patch 11. I tried switching the date/time format to 24 hrs format but no luck, it is showing me 00:00:00.
I added the alert using Catalog Client script (onsubmit) to display the date time field value, it displays the value correctly.
I see the changed value 00:00:00 in RITM variable too. Not sure, what is happening.
Thanks!

is it happening to all the users or just the one?
If its just one it might be a personalized setting.
