DATE type field is set to current date in payload (getRequestBody())

I am sending DATE type field to 3rd party via Rest API. However, looking at the payload (getRequestBody()), the field is always valued with current date.

Displaying the value of the field prior calling the API is as expected.

Any similar issue?

Can you please explain more what exactly you want do you want timestamp when record is created.

Also which datetime function you are using can you let me know.
