Disable playbooks for case complaints servicenow

Hi Folks,

I dont want to use playbooks for complaint cases in CSM. Is there a way to deactivate playbooks for complaint cases ?

  1. Go to https://<your instance name > now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_playbook_experience_record_generator_list.do 
  2. Make the playbooks inactive by setting the field Active to false.
  3. Also go to the Process Automation Designer and make the related flows false.
