Display a field from a record on widget portal

Hello, 

I have a table (x_982323_elpe_demo_suggestion_master) and I used this Simple list widget to show  the records of the table .

When I open one of these records , I see this :

I want to display one or more fields on this form, for example "Short description".
Do you know how  to make this widget?

Hello Vasilis,

The above image is a "ticket" page which multiple widgets in it to show the ticket details, conversations, attachments and so on.

So where you want to add the short description on the page.
