Email notifications are not sending whenever users add in watchlist in RITM table

Hi Community,
We have below issue from users add in watch list in RITM table
"Do you have access to confirm whether email notifications are enabled for users added to the Watchlist? The Master Data users are complaining that when they add someone to the Watchlist, the person doesn't receive emails, but I think that it needs to be enabled at the instance level".
Could you please help me on this

Hi, OOB I see only 1 notification configured for ritm 'watch list'.

Have you checked\confirmed that you have an active notification configured for RITM table that is configured to send to the 'watch list' - this would normally be configured via the 'Who will receive it' tab and Users\Groups in fields.
