Enable calendar invites to be sent from Change Request

Anyone please suggest the process of enabling calendar invites to be sent from Change Request . I have gone through some articles which are more than 3 years old. Please suggest the process related to the Newyork version.

Start going to the Import Export Maps list:

You should have a map called icalendar.change_request already there OOTB, try to check the configuration and see the date fields used for trigger the calendar invitation (dtstart, dtend).
