end users unable to view images in KB articles

Hello Experts,

Being an admin i'm able to view images attached to the KB article but end users are not. Please have a look at the attached image.

Hi there,

Please check all ACLs "Read" for sys_attachment table if they are configured properly.

Hello,

 

Check once for ACLs written on [sys_attachment] table and remove restrictions to view this on portal for user who don't have admin role.
