Hello Experts,
I have configured an SLA for the problem. When the SLA reaches 80%, I want to send a notification to the problem owner. I am attempting to achieve this using Flow Designer. I am using the "Event Fired" action, but I'm encountering difficulty accessing the problem table. Could you please guide me on what mistake I might be making? Thank you.

Hi @Mark Wood ,
You require to dot walk Task SLA Record > Task.
Please find the below screenshot for reference.

Hey @Mark Wood,
Have you updated the SLA definition's 'Flow' field with your Flow?
Also, there is an OOB Flow named 'Default SLA flow' which you can reference to create your Flow.
Cheers

Hello @Anirudh Pathak,
I'm experiencing an issue where my flow isn't triggering. The condition for triggering my flow is based on an SLA task. Could you please help me understand why it's not triggering? I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
