Flow not displaying stages

Hi all,

We have recently started to use Flow designer to build flows for our cat_items. However, on these flows the stage graphic doesn't seem to display properly

The req_item stages have been added to the flow and they appear to be working correctly as the flow progresses - it just doesn't show on the graphic. Within the RITM itself the Stage seems to display the stage value as opposed to the stage label e.g. waiting_for_approval instead of Waiting For Approval. The graphic works fine for our existing cat_items which run using workflows.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

This is usually due to the workflow not being assigned on the catalog item.

Please check and see if under Service Catalog > Maintain Items > Catalog Item Record....that the workflow is associated there.

So the workflow is blank as this is running using a flow. See below:

Should this be using a flow and a workflow?

Hello,

See you have all Stages with the order and value with values and if they are used on the workflow.

To add stages to FLOW (after creating them from dot menu), hover between activities, just under (+) and you will see grey line. Its better to hover on the right side where "Add a Stage" button is located
