Flow working in test but not when I activate

Hi all,

I have an issue - When testing my flow in Workflow Studio, the catalog task is generated as expected, and all conditions are followed correctly. However, once the flow is activated and applied to a Request Item (RITM), no catalog task is created. Please see attached examples

Hi @LJ_23

Check  the trigger set to run Once or Check the flow Run As - system user.

if this not helping then, share the screenshot of error step log - Navigation -> flow executed -> flow (triggered flow)

Thanks,
Vignesh

@LJ_23

so it means RITM flow is not triggering.

Things to check

1) is flow published and added to that catalog item in process engine

2) is your REQ auto approved after submission or it's in pending state? If it's auto approved then Flow should kick off

3) your instance should have only 1 Workflow on sc_request table. Hopefully it's not deactivated or not deleted.
