I have a catalog item with a workflow associated with it. The workflow acts on the sc_req_item table.
Whenever I order the item from my Service Portal, the following error appears in the log, and the workflow doesn't appear to run.
Does anyone have any clues where I should start with trying to solve this? I can't see anything wrong with the way things are set up.

Are there any news about this issue? I am facing the same issue when displaying the service that was created by the record producer..

I'm facing the same issue after upgrading to Jakarta also on a record producer.
Is there any update?

Steve, I found this on HI: ServiceNow KB: After upgrade to Jakarta upgrade, accessing a record producer in the Service Portal g... Currently classified as 'benign'.
In regards to your workflow not running, that is 'most' likely a separate issue. If you have not got that sorted out, the Community is the place to 'get help' !
P.S Personally, I added a filter for these log entries in the Error Log list view and I apply that filter when I review logs each morning.

I have registered a call with ServiceNow support and this is indeed the bug Dale mentioned, (PRB1116684), and this will be fixed in the Kingston release.
