Go back top screen ?

Sometimes the Order Guides become too long and the user wants to scroll back to the top very time consuming. So I created a button on the Header Menu with Name = Top Screen. But I don't know how to do when clicking it will scroll back to the top.
Can anyone provide me with a solution,
