Hello,
I am having issues with creating a checkbox on the user table that will highlight the user whenever they submit a ticket/task. I wanted this to work similar to VIP field.
Any help on this would be amazing.
Thanks!

Yes, it should work the same way as the VIP flag. How do I go about isolating the script field?
thanks!

I figured out how to isolate the script and it is still not working correctly.

I tried running the script debugger, but I am not seeing anything popping an error for this particular field. Just to reiterate, I created a true/false check box on the user table to mark vendors for Monarch. I want it to perform just like the VIP box on the user table minus the little vip picture next to the name. I am willing to try a new way if this continues to cause headaches.
