Help to add Opened by and Watch list in Notification

Hi Team,

I am stuck with adding Opened by and Watch list in Notification.

Opened by and Watch list these two fields not in the "asmt_assessment_instance" table. 

I Try above image but notification not triggered. Please help me how can I achieve this .
