Hide Approve option on right click on any approver under approvers tab

Hi All,

At the bottom of the record in a custom table, Approvers tab - right click on any approver (record) shows Approve option even if the person is not approver, but when open the approval record Approve does not show up (which is correct).

I want to hide the Approve option on right click if the user is not approver.

In the attachment Shannon has submitted the request but he can see the Approve option on any approver and If he opens the approval record he cannot see the Approve option.

Please suggest any solution and also see screenshots attached.
