Highlight a record in a list view

I have done quite a bit of research on this and found a heap of articles / forum questions, however everything I have tried is not working, so I'm looking for a solution tailored to my situation please.

I have tried updating the style, adding in UX Highlight Values and UX Highlight Value configurations and having no success.

I understand that some field types don't allow highlighting (reference, url etc), but I don't actually care which field is highlighted for a record, just that something highlights when a condition is met.

So the deal is:

I have a variable that's been added the the alm_asset table called 'u_safe_status' there are three potential statuses (other than none), one of which is 'Expired' and when it is expired I'd like the record highlighted in the list, could be on the asset field, display name, the class, state, updated, really don't mind, but so far I've had no luck

I know you said that you already tried to set a style without success, but really that should work. I just mocked up your scenario in my personal instance and it worked for me:

@Bidduam

can you share what you tried?

there should be OOB UX highlighted configurations for existing tables and fields.

Did you check that?

If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

@Ankur Bawiskar

Yes I've looked at the OOTB UX Highlighted configurations and what I created looked on par with them, obviously on a different table
