How can I disable the contextual sidebar button in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) ?

Hello

I'd like to disable the contextual sidebar button of Expert Oncall in SOW.
By using UI Builder, I deactivated Expert Oncall SNC sys_ux_screen record but the icon is seen yet.

Also I deactivated the sys_ux_screen_condition about Expert Oncall SNC, but it didn't work neither.

How can I disable this?
