I want to translate email script content based on the user's language preference. I tried using System UI Messages , but it's not working. If anyone has a better idea or solution, please suggest.
Thank You

Hi @vijani
Yes, you can use the https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-intelligent-experiences/page/administer/natural-langua...
feature. We are currently implementing the same for our customer.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @vijani,
A couple of things - questions about Language implementation items should really be in our dedicated forum here so we can see it.
Secondly, ideally it's best to avoid mail scripts in notifications when it comes to translations, however if it's an absolute must, I have a blog post here. Nowadays, it's best to use the feature in the Localization Framework to translate email templates (without scripts) it's far more efficient.
Also, you might want to update the properties for inbound emails to include the translated versions of Re and Fwd to ensure they get correctly identified as per my blog post here.
Many thanks,
Kind regards
