how do we know if a RITM was created using native UI versus service portal?

Do we have a way to identify easily by pulling up a report on the RITM table to get to know if it was created using SP or Native UI?
I know we could look into transaction logs but I am not sure if it might get messy to pull up those details.

Hi Ravish,
There seems to be no way to determine from where the request comes from(Portal or Native UI).
However I did similar requirement on incident module, creating a custom field and pushing the value of Portal in the script section of Record Producer.
