I'm trying to determine how many nodes I have for each instance at my job.
When I run stats.do I get the following
Statistics for: Demo Server @nameOfMyChoosing.service-now.com:80 at: Fri Jun 24 07:50:00 PDT 2022 (Refresh)
Connected to cluster node: app130165.ytz3.service-now.com:nameOfMyChoosing011
That makes me think I'm on node80.
When I go to System Diagnostics > Diagnostics I get these two
Name app130165.ytz3.service-now.com:nameOfMyChoosing011
Name app141144.ytz3.service-now.com:nameOfMyChoosing012
For this instance do I have one node, 80? Or do I have two nodes, 011 and 012?
I thought System Diagnostics was supposed to show all nodes while stats.do shows only the node I'm logged into.
Why doesnt 80 show anywhere in System Diagnostics?
I need to contact ServiceNow support and ask them to perform a fix on my node(s) but I need to tell them where specifically.
Thank you

Go to https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/stats.do
Look for "Connected to cluster node:"
You should find at the end of that line your instance name and a number. That number would be the node you are connected to.
<instance_name>015 - would indicate you are connected to node 015
