How to add a new option to the "status" field or configuration items

i have a task where i need to add
- Change "Retired" to "Recycled"
- All assets currently listed as "Retired" can be changed to "Recycled"

however when i changed the retired to recycled it did not show up as an option to update all records to recycled. how do i add this status if i cant just change the options from one to another.

Hi @DevtoSME ,

Have you changed it in sys_choice_list for the right table? You need to ensure that you select the correct retired option in the sys_choice_list which you will change to recycled.

Hi @DevtoSME ,

If you need to change the retired status in the alm_asset table, Then you need to look for the one i posted below. When you have found it, please change label from retired to recycled as the requirement is based on.
