How to add Confirmation Popup on Choose Options button on an Order Guide?

There is an Order Guide with Choose Options button which goes to the next page, I want to add a Confirmation Popup on the button before it goes to the next page.

How can I do that?

Not sure, what this choose option do?

But if we go as per process, better make the field mandatory 

and if when you click on next, system will give error.
