How to add custom Scoped table tickets into a custom scoped Knowledge Base?

I have a custom-scoped application with a table inheriting the incident table and acting as an scoped application incident management system. I created a knowledge base on this application's scope but I don't know how to create KB articles from tickets that were closed from the inherited incident table custom table.
Could someone please help me figure this out?
