How to calculate Fill Out Risk Assessment in normal change.

We have not configured using the out of the box functionalities. Please let me know how that risk field updated after Fill Out Risk Assessment.

Hi @Sirri 

If the plugin is not activated , in that risk conditions are prime source of Risk assessment. Which run when we click on Risk Calculator UI action.

We have activated the plugin and we are using the Fill Out Risk Assessment ui action after fill the risk assessment on which basis risk is populated. please let me know
