Hi @Sirri
If the plugin is not activated , in that risk conditions are prime source of Risk assessment. Which run when we click on Risk Calculator UI action.

Once you activated the plugin . you will get OOTB risk assessment and when a user answer those qestions in backend every answer has a weightage , as per weight the total has been done and and then risk has been update.
