How to change the location of the error message on the Portal?

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble changing the location of the error message on the portal.

Every time the script is triggered and the message is called, it appears like this:

Is it possible to change the location of the message?
Do you know what could have happened so that this header always covers the error message?

Hello,

I don't think you will be able to change the location of that message. maybe you can try alert instead of error message on Portal.
