How to change the view in source-to-pay agent workspace?

Hi,

Created a workspace view for an OOB table, but that view is not reflecting in agent workspace. It's just showing the default view of that OOB table in agent workspace. How to achieve the workspace view in agent workspace for that OOB table?

Hope you set the View rules as well. Please check OOTB View rule for SOW.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,

 

Could you please explain in brief on OOTB View rule for SOW. Unable to find the related view rule for workspace. Do we need to create a Workspace Experience View Rule to force a specified view to be used in agent workspace for OOB table? Could you please mention the steps to achieve the view in workspace.
