How to configure in SOW

1. Create an Incident template

2.Share it with a group that has L1 and L2 users

3. Impersonate an L1 user who is a member of that group

4. Go into SOW

5. Start creating an Incident

6. Click on the templates icon

7. Confirm that the shared template is listed and that you don't have an option to delete it when hovering over it.
