Hi @mania ,

Type sys_ux_list.list on your Application navigator and click 'enter'.

That will take you to the UX List table, click on "new"

You'll want to configure something like this

In the Configuration field instead of 'CSM/FSM workspace' select your workspace

If that helps please mark my answer as correct / helpful!
And if further help is needed please let me know

Cheers

Hi @mania ,

Navigate to the List Applicabilities table (sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list.list), if you search for your list " 'unassigned cases" you'll probably not find a record associated with that role, so just create one by clicking on new

For list , select yours : "unassigned Cases"

And for applicability the role that is not having the access to list

Hope that helps !

Regards,

Clara
