How to customise form view on Portal to embed custom sections ?

I have a contract list view on Portal. When a contract record is clicked, it opens the form review that shows fields on contract record. I want to add few section on this form to embed PDF (I have the embed PDf part in a widget already). How to do so ?

 

I checked standard ticket configuration but contract does not extend task so contract table is not showing on the dropdown and hence I cannot select type custom and aatch widget to that form. any alternative ?

Might be creating from scratch a new widget similar to Standard Ticket.
