How to display in a dashboard widget a field value from a table

Hi: I need to be able to display a widget in my dashboard to show the number of purchased licenses for "I2 IT Service Management Professional - Fulfiller User v3". It's the license_details_item table with I2 IT Service Management Professional - Fulfiller User v3 name. I simply need the widget to have a heading and the value of the Purchased licenses like "689". How can I have a widget just display the field value?

It seems that you can't select "Purchase Quantity" when creating a report. The problem may be that the field name is "COUNT."

As a workaround, you could try creating a function field.

Thank you Hiroshi; that did it!

Do you know if it's possible to calculate the difference between 2 of such widgets with one # score in them and have the difference display in a third widget?

Thanks again, Rita

It doesn't seem possible with OOTB. It seems possible with "Performance Analytics".
