How to display topics or quick links on the ESC portal?

Hello,

I have created 2 topics and 2 Quick Links in the platform view but those are not visible on the ESC Portal.

Have you added the created quick links in the connected content of Topics?

Also, please do log out and log back in.

Hello @Sakshi Shukla 

Please follow below steps:

Employee Center > Advanced Portal navigation menu then click on i icon to open the record > Menu Items related list > Click on Sync Hierarchy

Please note: Do not click on Employee center record. If you clicked it will open the in the sp_portal table.
