How to edit/add a report widget to HR Agent Workspace Landing Page

Hi all,

I need to update the HR Agent Workspace Landing Page (Agent Workspace for HR Case Management).

I need to add or even update existing Workspace landing page reports to include HR tasks.

How can I do this? Not familiar with UI builder so would appreciate some guidance/material I can use.

This is how the landing page looks currently in my PDI:

path for the workspace is /now/hr/agent/home.

as the thread comments suggests, you cannot add the widget. You have to use Data Visualization.

Hi @Ravi Chandra_K thanks but what about existing OOTB reports/widgets on the landing page? are they data visualisations too? and can I edit them or do I need to create a separate data visualisation report?

yes. the existing reports are part of PA widget (data visualization).
